Meal Plan and Workout Plan

Ah sorry this is so late! I have had it in draft for awhile... 

Sunday: Crockpot Chicken with rice and green beans 



Tuesday: Chicken and Couscous                              
Wednesday: Zucchini Pizza
Thursday: Left overs
Friday: Leave for NY!

Workout outs
Sunday: 3.50 Mile Run
Monday: Yoga
Tuesday: 3.0 Mile Run
Wednesday: 3.0 Mile Run or Cross (I Ran this morning... I should have done cross fit cause now my knee hurts! :(
Thursday: Strength +2.0 Mile Run (may do cross instead)
Friday: OFF DAY
Saturday: 5K Race.!
